FUTURE

OF VR

This process of designing in VR, within the model, could be advanced in order to help speed up the building process.

For example, drawings may become outdated and instead we could be relying entirely on a physical model. This could improve the understanding between an architect and a builder, since through the physical model there will be a minimised chance of miscommunication (Easy Render, 2019).

Through the combination of continually updating our systems and gaining knowledge through our primary resource - we hope to be one of the leading architectural firms for virtual reality.

VIRTUAL REALITY BODY SUIT

The Body Suit for Virtual Reality provides haptic feedback and capture both motion and biometrics. With real time data collection, we are able to capture emotional states and stress levels to under- stand the user’s feelings within the space designed

The Virtual Reality Glasses are not enough to fully understand the space around us, for a fully immersive experience, the body suit provides the users with sensations and senses of touch in the virtual and augmented reality.

The Tesla Suit is an example of a Virtual Reality Body Suit (Teslasuit, 2019)

VIRTUAL REALITY TREADMILL

To increase the Immersive experience for the client, a treadmill can be used.

Virtual Reality Treadmills provides a realistic experience in terms of movement in any space given. These treadmills do not limit the user’s space as the user moves around in one spot.

They work with the use of “Special Shoes” that slide back and forth, but also allows you to jump and step, picking up movement by sensors on a shock absorbing baseplate but also supporting the user when moving.

It constantly reacts to every move we make, adapting to crouch, sit etc. It is optimised to provide the optimal rotational inertia to effortlessly turn around. (Wondershare, 2019)
