Initial Ideas and Proposals

These blog posts will report on the progression of this business strategy.

The initial discussions consisted of our ideas on what our niche would be for our architecture firm, which included:

• Sustainable design - focussing on affordability to clients.

• Visualisations - focussing on artistic, interesting visuals in order to bring excitement/personal element for the clients

• Innovative, new design in domestic properties - reintroducing more variation into our traditional domestic properties.

Following this we decided that our strengths lie in visuals, and that this could also be a significant attractive feature to clients, who may usually only see plans and sections.

Moreover, we also decided that the firm would, at least initially, focus on people building or adding to their own domestic properties, rather than focussing on commercial businesses. This was because we determined that clients that are building for themselves would desire a personal insight which we would provide with visualisations
