Meeting 2:
RIBA Research Matters conference and follow up meeting

What we did:
- Attended conference, learnt about the uses of VR within other fields (in this case psychology involving architecture)
- Met afterwards to discuss the conference – and to consider the possibilities of doing our own research/collaborating with universities for external funding
- Timeline of technology developments (to estimate where technology may be in 6 years’ time)
Aims for next meeting:
- Continue with website design
- Logo design
- Continuation of financial research
Meeting 3:

What we did:
- Discussed further progress
- Improved style of website (after analysis of website designs)
- Organised website information into subpages – to break up text
- Logo created
- News page created – with content on Virtual Reality technology
Aims for next meeting:
- Create individual profiles
- Decided date for group photo and headshots for About Us page
- Further website design to be continued
Meeting 4:

What we did:
- Went through each part on the business plan created list of tasks to do each
- Decided that our office base would be in Cambridge (following research)
- Took group photo and headshots
- Went through entire website and decided what changes and additions needed to be made

Meeting 5:

What we did:
- Poppy and Olivia - Went through website and made joint changes
- Further photographs were taken for website
- Froilan/Annabel research updated and put into website/finance spreadsheet
- Technology Business Plan updated
Updated To Do List:
Due to varied levels of progress, we agreed to complete all content for the week before the final deadline - to allow for the final week to be focused on presentation.
Aims for the Next Meeting:
- Complete all items on personal to do lists
- Prepared to start designing the 6 A2 posters, leaflets, business cards etc.
