Therefore the client should feel confident in using the QR code and VR headset on their own. The service we provide is only effective if the users can benefit from all its functions.

Health Consciousness

We must consider that our services require the physical interaction of our clients and that they may not be able to do so.

To ensure we cater for all ability needs, there should be manual options that won't require the user to be standing or moving (i.e you can use a computer mouse and key board to navigate through the virtual world)

Cultural Differences

Though we assume everyone has access to a mobile phone, we must consider that some may not. In these cases, we will make it available for the clients to visit our office and use some of the equipment we have available there.
